Reservations: |
At the time
of your reservation, we require 50% of rental amount. Final payment is
due 45 days prior to arrival. |

Damage Deposit: |
A $1000
damage deposit is required at the time of reservation, and will be
refunded upon inspection of premises. |
| Cancellations: | Cancellations must be presented in writing.
Any cancellations are subject to the following penalties: -- up to 45 days prior to day of arrival - $100 penalty -- 45 days or less - 100% of total cost There are no refunds to early departures. |
| Check In & Out: | Check-in Time: 3:30 pm Check-out Time: 10:00 am These times are strictly enforced. |
| Access: | Upon rental finalization and full payment,
instructions, map and coded access will be provided. |
| Housekeeping: | Cleaning
will be provided upon departure, however, we
request that our premises be left neat & dishes be done. Bedding and towels are supplied. Any used bedding and towels are to be removed and placed in a pile upon departure. Barbecue grills are to be cleaned after every use and upon departure. |
| Pets: | Sorry, we do not allow pets. |
| Smoking: | Our premises are non-smoking. |
| Dock: | The dock is private for the owners and their
renters. There is one space per unit. It is not for public use or for
quests of renters. |
| Termination: | Property damage, excessive noise, bad
behavior, exceeding allowed number of guests, and/or disturbances to
neighbors may result in termination rental. |
| Liability; | We are not responsible for any bodily
harm
to renters or their guests on or around rental property, or dock area.
Use of dock, swimming area and fire pit are at your own risk. |
